I work with individuals or couples in long and short term therapy who want to have a greater understanding of themselves and what their relationships mean to them.
I am able to offer a safe, confidential and therapeutic relationship in which to explore any issues which may be of concern to you and are causing difficulties in your life.
Counselling is not just about having a crisis in your life but is also very helpful in personal and professional growth and development.
